Pros

Flexible work schedule. M-F job, desk job.

Cons

They can fire you anytime, the job is monotonous, no pay raise, no employee engagement activities, your opinions don't matter, no dress code or proper work ethics.

Pros

Competitive pay If you keep it up you’ll get a pay raise

Cons

Work harder than people who have been there for years if managers wanted to they would make it pretty hard for you to work a lot of gossip and drama People don’t tend to work in group settings Sometimes you miss out on your break because they have to get the work out which is constantly And people don’t get held accountable very much.
