Pros

- supportive staff, original manager of my location was amazing before she left. - ability for growth and travel for additional hours - extensive training program

Cons

- corporate hides operations from guests, which leads to unhappy customers before check in even begins (15 minute sessions, max 15 poses, prices are all buried in the website and leave customers wanting more] More transparency on services and pricing would help cover the company's biggest critiques -constant 'on call' position. I ended up quitting bc the assistant manager kept trying to call me into a morning shift at 11 pm or later the night before - no real protection from customers

Pros

Depending on the team you will find great colleagues. Work life balance is great. On calls are very few.

Cons

Outsourcing a lot of tech jobs. The focus is not on growth, instead it's mostly optimization and cost cutting.
