Pros

Fantastic peers and colleagues who were a pleasure to work with Inclusive employer with solid company values Great communication from upper management Nice perks including online training options

Cons

Annual merit increases for all but the top performing 5% of employees were very poor, year after year. Annual bonus never hit more than half its of potential in my time there.

Pros

If you want to work on your customer service skills, sure. Also, they do cover drive time, which is nice.

Cons

Downsides include "team members" who consistently drop the ball in various areas, low respectability when dealing with client staff, ridiculous hours, and unrealistic expectations when everything that can go wrong usually does.

Not loyal

Pros

Good benefits and facility, including onsite gym

Cons

Not loyal to their own long term employees--they eliminated my entire department when new management came on, only to hire new people to replace them later.
