Pros

Good benefits and a discount on your Xmas cards

Cons

They will take advantage of you as long as you let them. The only thing that matters to management is the bottom line. As management, there was no work/life balance. If you weren't one of the people that have been there forever, you were on the outside. There is no room to grow, if you start as a photographer, you will always be a photographer, a poorly paid one at that.

Pros

Love taking photos ,just not for them

Cons

Everything, terrible software that messes up constantly . Nothing they use is smart phone friendly.everything is out of date. Their equipment is falling apart and dangerous and the pay is not worth it for the work.

Pros

Awesome for beginner photography and learning auto photography. Commission If that’s all you’re looking for in a job, don’t have bills, and love dealing with customers, this is for you!

Cons

Management. Unrealistic expectations and penalties for not meeting those expectations. For example, one camera room, 8 hours, 20+ appointments totaling 45 minutes each MINIMUM, extremely low pay, etc. how does any of that add up?! but they expect top quality. with what respect for the workers? no time for breaks, i NEVER get a lunch, everyone is quitting left and right because they start at $12/hr in studio, but the other department photographers are starting out at $15? not even keeping up with inflation. no wonder there’s an extreme shortage of photographers here and everyone is getting pulled apart trying to hold things together, management does not care for our mental health, physical wellbeing, or our financial stability. also, EXTREMELY PART TIME! like i’m talking extremely. if you’re not a manager, you work probably MAX 15 hours a week. and that’s during peak seasons - christmas, easter, halloween. thats it.
