      Friendly management. Lots of activities outside of work, and great food.

      Long meetings with no results. Some teams can improve on ownership, and commitment.

      Pros

      SiTime culture is all about encouraging people to be leaders and innovators. Any employee can discuss their ideas or concerns with anyone from direct co-workers to executives to the CEO. The company is also generally interested in having their employees succeed and is willing to work on training and in some cases accommodating employee's desires for role changes. However, expectations are high and schedules are tights, so employees who can't or are unwilling to keep up generally don't do as well.

      Cons

      Schedules are tight and pressure can be high at times. Projects tend to shift around, with people shifting from one project to another too frequently.

      1. Colleagues were helpful and welcoming. Plenty were highly experienced and knowledgeable where one can learn from. 2. Pay is higher than what's dictated on market.

      Cons

      1. CEO has the last say on every single decision. 2. People likened by the CEO are protected. 3. Your effort is all for nothing if the CEO does not see it. 4. Make sure to know his life before coming into an interview with him.
