      Most coworkers seemed decent Most clients were decent Strong project organization practices

      Standard consulting glorification of overwork with none of the standard startup benefits of profit sharing or high pay Highly work- focused, impersonal culture Public disrespect towards employees the CEO didn't get along with was witnessed multiple times

      -100% remote with no "required" office hours -excellent processes & systems -mostly great clients -good coworkers

      Cons

      -culture of keeping to yourself and level of "professionalism" between coworkers actually just felt cold and uneasy -while management of timelines and processes was excellent, management of humans was bad enough to prophylactically up your anxiety meds -long hours and a difficult-to-maintain expectation on billable hours -shifting or unclear expectations - often seemed based in an "I'll know it when I see it" approach -FAVORITISM
