Cons
Someone of the management people do the talk but cannot walk the walk! Managers let people work for themselves a little too much, which means that they don't have a clue about people sitting and doing nothing. Expensive for the customers but the salary is not competitive, and it don't increases that much, best to negotiate a good starting salary. A bit too much bureaucracy. Too slow. Limited career prospects, no grow up if you're a Junior (there are meetings to set up a growing plan, but these plan will be applied very seldom). Bad work/life balance depending on the role and project/customer. Some people seem to have limited interest in changes (improvements) and prefer doing the things as they are used to. Decisions can take long time (years)
