Flat organisation with lots of opportunities to grow

Pros

Sigma Connectivity provide an environment where it is easy to develop professionally and grow. You are respected and your past experienced valued. Though it might be considered fundamental to some, - having worked in several industries and different countries I truly believe that these things cannot be taken for granted. This is the best place I have ever worked.

Cons

It is a flat organization and therefore lack some structure in the decision making process.

Pros

Great engineering, great colleagues. Great potential for competence development within not only a single engeneering dicipline but in multidisciplinary. Many choices and plenty of opportunities under the same roof. Good place to start a carrier.

Cons

Seniors are not appreciated and really bad middle management. Way too fuzzy borderline between engeneering and marketing and management crossover is common. Sales/marketing need vast competence improvement and are acting unresponsible towards customers.
