      Pros

      Employees really value the company culture, there is a lot of room for growth, and most employees are passionate about what they do.

      Cons

      Not necessarily a con but the company is growing really quickly, which naturally results in some growing pains. This is actively being addressed by management

      The culture is amazing, there is still a small company family feel even as we are growing at such a quick rate

      The work may not be for everyone if you aren't okay with the possibility of switching from project to project as needed.
