If you show initiative and have brains you will go far here. It's not for slackers. Core Values are posted in every room, and resonate with employees and management. The Culture Club is always working on fun get-togethers, from Happy Hours to Ugly Christmas Sweater contests.

- The hands-on & can-do attitude of the entire organization - Everyone has an intensity and drive towards work, but can really have fun and relax too - The ratio of females to males in a manufacturing/engineering field is off the charts! - Great benefits & quarterly bonuses

Cons

- Salaries aren't super high, but the healthcare & other benefits make up for it.
