Pros

The best part of Sigma is that they are an employer who truly cares about their employees. Balancing business needs with employee experience is difficult but they do a great job gathering employee feedback and doing everything possible to improve overall employee happiness and satisfaction.

Cons

As with all growing companies there are growing pains, processes change, need to be revised or created to adapt to the growth which can be frustrating.

From the start I have been allotted continual growth within the company. I have constantly pushed to improve myself and work environment, and it has not gone unnoticed. If you are dedicated to better yourself and seek constant improvement you will grow fast within the company.

Cons

It is hard for me to really come up with an cons. I have been fortunate to work with some amazing people, and on great projects.
