Good technical talent and fun company. Terrible management and salaries.
Pros
Company has a great culture, friendly vibes, and cool/interesting work. The work itself is fun and interesting, and there is a wide range of technical backgrounds among colleagues.
Cons
Non-effective/non-existent management structure. Managers extremely disorganized and disconnected from day-to-day work...most of them have no management training and are ex-technical people. Upper management tends to bend to the will of the client at the expense of satisfaction and well being of employees. Upper management is a classic example of a tech company "boys club" type culture. They will low ball you on initial salary by about 20k, and you will have to fight tooth and nail just to get fair wage. Shady, "whisper in your ear", high school type politics at the management level, etc.
