      I'd compare it to an onion, when you start looking under the layers it makes you cry.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule and some good managers.

      Cons

      Core values apply to most employees, but not all, which really makes them nonsensical. There are cliques within the company, if you are not a member of the favored group then it's just another job and you'll watch unqualified people get promoted, even after they have screwed up numerous times.

      Pros

      You can take as much time off as you want. paid or not paid.

      Cons

      They will hire pretty much anyone that will take their low offer. Many of the quality employees move on after 6 months.

      Pros

      I enjoy the people. I enjoy seeing growth. I enjoy that the company is creating jobs.

      Cons

      The work week is 40 hours long. Too bad we can't work the weekends and have all week off to play. I guess that really isn't SIGMADESIGN's problem. Just me dreaming.
