      Pros

      It's so great to work for a company that treats you not just as a number, but as a human being Here at Sigma, there is a lot of effort put forth by your direct manager as well as upper management to make sure you feel welcomed and appreciated. From bi-weekly check-ins with my manager to monthly company happy hours, I feel very connected at Sigma. I enjoy that the core values are posted on every wall and that candidates are screened for them as part of the interview process. Working with other people that have integrity, adaptability and that take time to laugh is what makes this a great place to work.

      Cons

      As a new employee, the PTO plan is less than average, but it increases after 2 years of service.
