Fast growing, fast moving company with lots of opportunity! Maintaining the existing positive company culture is a real priority here, and I've never worked in a more cooperative environment.

Cons

There can be growing pains, but that keeps things from getting boring.

Pros

Company has a great culture, friendly vibes, and cool/interesting work. The work itself is fun and interesting, and there is a wide range of technical backgrounds among colleagues.

Cons

Non-effective/non-existent management structure. Managers extremely disorganized and disconnected from day-to-day work...most of them have no management training and are ex-technical people. Upper management tends to bend to the will of the client at the expense of satisfaction and well being of employees. Upper management is a classic example of a tech company "boys club" type culture. They will low ball you on initial salary by about 20k, and you will have to fight tooth and nail just to get fair wage. Shady, "whisper in your ear", high school type politics at the management level, etc.

Pros

-Biggest pro, Sigma's culture, core values and how well they are upheld by everyone at all levels of the company. -Thanks to the thorough hiring process the overall caliber of employees is outstanding.

Cons

Can honestly say I have no cons to report. Hands down this is the best company I have worked for in my 17 years of working in the engineering field.
