The culture is amazing, there is still a small company family feel even as we are growing at such a quick rate

The work may not be for everyone if you aren't okay with the possibility of switching from project to project as needed.

Pros

Despite our current explosive growth, the company has managed to hold onto our core values. Our President notes regularly that the company's biggest asset is our people - which he truly means and demonstrates. He attends every orientation that he can to introduce himself. His drive behind to the company trickles down into every layer of personnel. I haven't meet a single employee that I haven't gotten a long with on a personal level. I enjoy working where I feel like I contribute to a much bigger picture.

Cons

Growth. It's such a double-edged sword.
