Pros

Uses to be a great company

Cons

Treat employees like trash, upper management lies to shut you up for short term, constant restructuring, and forces their core values down your throat but doesn't stick to them

Pros

Salary was great, but it comes with a cost.

Cons

Honestly a terrible company to work for. It took two months after hire for my manager to schedule a one-on-one. I had no mentorship whatsoever and when I did ask questions, I was told to "google it" and find my own way. Being relatively early career, this was extremely detrimental to my growth. I was brand new to this type of role, having previously been design forward, and I had no support. Constantly had to fend for myself in a company with no structure, which makes the actual work next to impossible to complete on their rushed timelines. There are absolutely better companies out there. Keep looking.

Pros

Workload is manageable, able to log off after an 8-hour workday to no protest (this is not so much a pro as a neutral quality).

Cons

Pay is $20k lower than industry standard minimum in 2023. Too many meetings just to give individual updates. Bosses work even when on vacation or sick, creating a strained and anxiety-inducing environment. Many levels of approvals to get small tasks done which adds up time. Sick days are in the same pool as PTO, so negotiate an extra week for yourself. Company doesn't take off for Juneteenth, the week between Christmas and NYE, etc.
