Nepotism and incompetency

Pros

A very few good employees left over from before the Oaktree buyout (but they are all leaving as soon as they can)

Cons

The current C-suite (Tim Estes, Mike Christy, Robert Tabb, Ryan Johnson) are all in way over their heads and do not know how to manage the company. They have been unable to set and communicate a strategic direction for the company. This leads to a complete lack of alignment and coordination between departments which is only exaggerated by the lack of basic systems and structure. Top management leads the company in a misogynistic 1950's style where no one is allowed to question or offer suggestions, but just do as you're told. Mike Christy is completely incompetent and has no idea how to manage people or a company. He has zero communication skills and does not trust his people. He is not interested in trying to understand true current state, but makes blind decisions based on his inaccurate impressions. The only way he knows to manage is to replace good long term employees with his family, and friends from his old company who might have some skill to try and make up for his own incompetency.
