      Pros

      I was able to advance to a management position.

      Cons

      I was able to advance to management position but then no training on how to deal with employees under me. Back stabbing you could be targeted at anytime, stress level is thru the roof. The vision statement is just that..a statement. You are not allowed to think for yourself.

      Pros

      Some nice people work there. They furnish uniforms. They do offer benefits. I really don't know what else to say about this facility.

      Cons

      Not very clean. They are very unorganized within their staffing. They couldn't even remember when they ask you to come in. Then send you home and tell you to come back another day, without even calling you to tell you not to come in.
