      Pros

      The staff really care about the residents, families, and each other. Management listen and look for ways to make things better for everyone. Overall, the attitude is positive with a focus on quality.

      Cons

      Working in this kind of facility is always hard work, but the rewards are many.

      The only pro was that 8hr shifts were available and it was in close proximity to where I lived

      Cons

      No support from management, very poorly staffed, no encouragement and very little training (if any) for new employees left for very unsafe situations and poor patient care. I felt that my nursing license was in jeopardy and left shortly after I was hired
