So far I have not found a down side .... I make too much ?!!

The hiring process was friendly and prompt. They answered allmy questions and provided me with good training and equipment. They listen to your input and respond. Starting pay is great.

Scheduling extremely flexible for students or part time job takers. Decent hourly pay and great tips if you have an account (doubles even triples hourly pay)

Cons

Depends, some shifts absolutely are just not worth it. And scheduling will difficult to cover if staff total is low.
