Good money, friendly people, and flexible schedule. It encourages working and planning with a team and is a genuinely friendly place to work.

Cons

Can be stressful at times and there seems to be a bit of a hierarchy, with vets getting the better gigs. Not too big a deal, it makes sense; stick around longer and you'll get better jobs.

I work with a great team and a dedicated one. Flexible hours...and overall its up to you on tips. The better u are at providing great guest service the better the tip

Cons

Sometimes you got to drive a ways but its worth it most of the time and yes working in bad weather isnt fun but thats part of most jobs anyway. As long as u look professional its ok
