Pros

Fully remote role with no phone responsibilities Supportive and friendly teammates There was an opportunity to make additional income through incentives tied to performance metrics (but these have completely disappeared for my team) Previously offered flexible scheduling, which was a strong benefit at the time

Cons

Leadership lacks consistency and accountability. Management is often absent, and communication can be inconsistent, with responsibilities not always being followed through on. When issues come up, there isn’t much accountability, and I haven’t received any feedback on my performance since I started. Some leads can be rude, unapproachable, or come across as unprofessional. Training is often unclear and disorganized. New projects aren’t always introduced properly, and a lot of the time, it feels like you’re expected to figure things out as you go. While you’re told to ask questions, they often make you feel bad for asking them. Raising concerns about unclear guidance can sometimes be dismissed or turned back on the employee instead of being addressed. Workflow has also been inconsistent. There have been periods of low to no work where we were required to clock out instead of being reassigned tasks, like learning modules. You are then forced to use your PTO if you want to get paid. Health insurance is expensive, even when factoring in the H&W earnings.
