Pros

I have never worked for a company that values its staff as much as they do at Signature. We are constantly reminded to be cheerleaders for our workmates. Every quarter we recognize staff for their accomplishments in service to others. We are provided many, many opportunities to develop our skills and strengths. There is a genuine desire for each and every staff member to develop both professionally and personally.

Cons

It's a bit of a commute for me.

Pros

Very flexible schedule, easy to work with direct management, 2 weeks vacation time accrues per paycheck, able to purchase additional week of PTO at the beginning of the year, monthly bonuses, take pride in the work and services they provide. This company has been exploding and many opportunities to grow.

Cons

Medical is very expensive. I decided to decline and take tax penalty rather than pay for it. Weird award ceremonies every three months where management and the clique pat each other on the back in front of the whole company. No opportunity for raises "due to government contracts".

Decent pay good intentions to help out the VA and Military hospitals. Good staff

Cons

Cult like with the owner, everyone sucks up and worries about not "upsetting " him. Owner pretends to care but really has no sincere feelings for employees. Very very narcissistic. Odd work atmosphere, little help. Learn it on your own little help from supervisors or managers. Not open to good input. Just a place to work not enjoy.
