      Unlimited earning potential: excellent incentives for high producers Flexible Schedules: Understanding management allows you to set your schedule Positive work environment: You can really feel like the company cares about you and their clients Exciting Growth opportunities: I have personally seen 20% of staff promoted in the last year. All management is promoted from within

      Flex hours, ability to bonus monthly, hires disabled individuals, free fruit, birthday cake each month

      Cons

      Terrible expensive health insurance, micro managing , no intergrity, work long hours - 8 hrs. or more of mandatory overtime, not enough parking for employees

      Pros

      The culture is top notch. There is constant reinforcement of growth among individuals who want to learn. There is a mindset of associate engagement. There are willing mentors in the company. The leadership is on the same page and pushing for greatness. You feel important at every level. The mission is great, the values are important and admirable, and you always feel like part of a winning team.

      Cons

      Contract business can feel shaky at times. Some middle managers don't share the ideals of the company, and there is a level of exclusionary behavior in some groups.
