Amazing company to work for!

Pros

Culture is a big deal and SP's culture is second to none! High pace environment, but there is always someone to help and ensure everyone is performing at their best. SP highlights strengths and builds on them rather than highlighting weaknesses.

Cons

The pace can be quite stressful at times, however that is the norm for a highly successful organization.
