      Pros

      Work was manageable and you worked Monday through Friday. You will get all weekends off and all Federal Holidays.

      Cons

      Worked for the government as a contractor pay will not increase.

      Pros

      The people at Signature make this environment one that is supportive of new ideas and opportunities. I have witnessed so much growth in my time here, and I am certain it will continue. Managers can be very flexible with work schedules, there are classes that encourage development of leaders and strength coaching, production positions get incentives when goals are met, and the people I've met here are great!

      Cons

      Some departments tend to take priority over others due to production and turnover can be high in certain positions.

      Rewarding Work

      Pros

      Flexible hours, we work hard but it's rewarding work. I'm heard and my opinion seems to matter. Higher than average pay and the overtime is great. Works on a government contract so my individual insurance premium is 100% covered. Opportunities for growth exist for all. Love knowing my strengths.

      Cons

      We do work hard together. There has been lots of fast growth and the building under construction. I don't like that much.
