      Pros

      They have great benefits. The people and atmosphere is great. Small fun projects. The ability to wear multiple hats and make design decisions.

      Cons

      Engineering department is small. Not much opportunity for electrical engineering, more optimized for mechanical engineers and maybe system engineers with a mechanical background. Work depends on defense spending and contracts.

      Pros

      Very nice team dynamic. Everyone is super helpful in teaching the skills needed as an entry level employee.

      Cons

      Pace can be up and down depending on the time of year, Additionally during those busy times people often set aside their work life balance and work overtime (for free, no overtime pay) to get the job done. This is the culture there so boundaries need to be set to keep a work life balance.
