Pros
Great benefits, decent pay, awesome food/snack supply. It was very easy to finish you work for the day and disconnect and go home.
Cons
Upper management is very "my way or the highway" and if you question them they don't like it. I was let go because their "retraining" was having me watch someone do it and then almost a month later I was supposed to do it perfect under supervision or I was fired. What's worse is that they didn't tell me it was that close, I even asked multiple times if I was in danger of being fired and they told me no every time. Also, don't be non-democratic and work here. They have very hard liberal views and voice them decently often but if you voice the opposite it's like "what is wrong with you".
