      Pros

      Good location and Austin is a nice city

      Cons

      Several employees spend the afternoon doing shots in the bathroom so the can tolerate meetings. Drinking at lunch and on the job is a way of life. Beer and bong parties are common. Totally tired of working in this environment where backstabbing is done daily

      Pros

      Good benefits, fun work, knowledgeable colleagues, and many opportunities to learn new things. There were often a wide variety of projects to work on to diversify your knowledge and experience.

      Cons

      Not the highest pay, but that is what you typically get from small government contractors. Sometimes extremely long hours are expected, the work life balance can get very out of balance, and working on relatively short duration projects can lead to times where you aren't sure what your future holds.

      Pros

      On the surface things look reasonable.

      Cons

      Doesn't take long to figure out the environment is quite toxic. Lots of disgruntled employees management that is clueless or choose to be clueless. In some departments plenty of finger pointing with employees avoiding their duties. In other words just poor management with a good old boy.
