None really, there's healthcare but you have to show 3 months of work for them to submit your information you sign up for within the 1st week of employment as a form of workplace loyalty.

Cons

Not even a week within my employment 6 employees told me I need to leave and that this is not a good company to work for. Poor ventilation, you'll be breathing metallic particles daily with the most protection being those cheap blue masks. Co-workers will tell you to be a man and get used to coughing up blood at night after a month or 2 of work. My manager as well always had something rude to say, and would often blame me or anyone else new for the senior's mistakes as a form of learning the trade.
