      Pros

      Excellent public relations department that shines up the ugly parts of this once great company. Great health benefits and paid time off programs.

      Cons

      Aggressive mandatory schedule, company has lost its agility in the changing retail markets, no loyalty to long term team members. Management is creating a fear culture- jump in line or get walked out- no longer an environment that creates leaders and values people.

      working with awesome associates at corp office

      Cons

      They lack diversity, most of the employees who are long term feel like due to their ethnic background they are not selected for positions they apply for within this company and are denied the opportunity for growth. Which aligns with current lawsuits.

      Its a job and you were paid on time

      Cons

      Management does not know how to treat its employees; there is a constant layer of unconscious racism which everyone will deny but its there. It is analogous to the Sword of Damocles.
