20 years with company, been used and abused, been a manager several times just to fill in while they secretly looked for someone they think is better. They are far too into the money and not satisfying the customer. I had a large customer base as a manager, had lots of great people who came in just to see me and I loved making jewelry that I knew they would wear and pass down for generations, but they moved me unexpectedly because my "numbers" were low, while yet, there were 4 shops out of 12 in the district lower than mine. I feel dirty, like they took advantage of my kindness, if you want to work here make sure you're a robot and don't mind being a weasel.

Pay, management, turnover in recent years. Been there over 10 years and this place has turned into a layoff machine. After each major holiday (V-day, M-day & Christmas) if the company didn't perform expect layoffs. Morale is at an all time low , they just cut an entire department of managers and now the CEO was fired. When they do layoffs they just keep piling on the work and do not compensate. Also they take huge advantage of their top performers and pile on the work yet the lower performing workers continue to just keep on skating by with no repercussions and the worst part is they do not fire them.
