      Pros

      Employee pricing for jewelry at certain stores.

      Cons

      The company is far more likely to cover themselves than to protect you. They're corporate America after all. Every move is a monotonous business move that is never to your best interest. You can go above and beyond and they'll find a reason to why you can't yet receive a raise.

      The peer set that you work with was great! CSR - Corp. Social Responsibility - St. Jude, responsible sourcing, etc.

      Cons

      Lack of confidence in VP level and above to lead organization. Not a people first organization - even though a core value Lack of communication within upper management - right hand does not know what the left had is doing.
