Pros
Hybrid schedule and decent PTO
Cons
Terrible pay, lack of growth opportunities, and no mentorship or development. Annual layoffs have led teams to become very slim, with some reduced to only one or two people. The amount of work increases for those left on the team without an increase in pay or a promotion. The annual merit raises were lower than the inflation rate. I shouldn't feel like I'm living paycheck to paycheck while working a full-time corporate job that requires a bachelor's degree. The pay does not match that of other employers in the industry. Morale is at an all-time low with a lack of job security and employee appreciation. Oh, but leadership gets sent on trips at least once a year. If you're okay with stagnating in your career and don't mind earning a below-average salary, this is the place for you. Otherwise, look elsewhere and don't expect much from this place except a headache.
