Great jewelry discount, tuition reimbursement, flexible hours. Good options for overtime. I have had opportunities to move to the home office rather than sales, which should be better.

Cons

Schedule is never done early and changes many times a week. The employee turnover is horrible. To be successful and meet their undue standards you need to harass customers, selling the jewelry piece is just the beginning. There is the credit applications, extra warranties, and repairs. I have had 3 managers in less than 6 months because the one wanted her $30,000 bonus.

Great team environment. The sales associates all make commission, but it never gets too competitive. They have pretty good benefits, and if you're full time you earn plenty of vacation and PTO! If you are motivated and good at your job you can move up pretty quickly!

Cons

Retail means that you will are expected to work every weekend and an insane amount around holidays. Consider this especially if you are a big family person. During Christmas you'll hardly see your family. Also numbers mean everything in this company. If you are not exceeding all of your company set goals, do not expect to get promoted or get a raise. You could work your butt off, but if the numbers don't prove it, you won't get rewarded for it.
