Good place to work (depending on who you work for)
Pros
Overall a good company, good product, good people. Pay and benefits are good. I enjoyed the fast paced environment and that people expect you to accomplish something. If you are going in with a lot of experienced, don't settle for the standard 2 weeks vacation (men you will only have to ask once for more, women you'll have to push harder). Do this in the interview process, once you are in they won't budge.
Cons
One long time IT Director is so insecure he keeps running off good people. To make it in a management or supervisor position under him for more then 5 years, you need to be a yes-man/woman and put up with abuse and getting setup. If you're not under him, it's a fantastic place to work. If you do end up under him, take advantage of the employee discount while you can, or try to transfer to another group,
