one of the best reasons to work at sterling jewelers. they would help you grow and advance your abilities as a jeweler

Cons

there maybe some bad management. shop manager, district manager,in some stores.at least, that was my experience. however, i found out those managers aren't there anymore. i hope they would call me back!
