Pros
The pay is decent, the hours are good, except on holiday season and self-proclaimed company holidays. They want feedback, but seldom use it to change things.
Cons
They create company blackout dates where vacations are not allowed every single month of the year, the vacations must be taken before september every year even if you have not earned it yet. The company makes promises that it never plans on keeping and puts people into positions that they are not qualified or trained to handle, without good support or constructive follow-up. It is unfortunate really I thought They would be a great employer and tried to make it work for four years. Shame on them, but shame on me too. It is a good fit for someone who has relocated to a new city and doesn't have a family or a life, they love it if you emmerse yourself completly into the company and care about nothing else but your job.
