Pros

The only good part about working at sterling was the discounts. But when you know how much of a mark up jewelry has then that is not much to bragg about either.

Cons

Small workspace, bad management, small commission, dramatic workplace, short breaks, bad hours, few holidays, working nights, bad customer service and lastly nasty bathroom.

As a full organization there are over 1500+ stores nationwide, so the ability to relocate is made available. Solid entry level sales position.

Cons

If you are not a fan of traditional mall retail hours this probably isn't the job for you. It is pretty typical for a sales associate to work a 12hour shift during the holiday season.
