      It has good atmosphere and the best manager on duty! She will work with your schedule and has awesome hours.

      Cons

      It is in Greenwood Mall which is quite boring and you might not be able to become more than a sales assoicate.

      Favoritism Galore!

      Pros

      My coworkers are really tops. They know their stuff about the merchandise and about selling. They're also very honest, very upright people. They'd never steal.

      Cons

      No matter how good my standards (goals) are and no matter how well I do, my hours get cut. I get along with the whole staff in my store, so it isn't that. The reason is that the manager gives preference to favorites. For example, if a new employee is friends with the manager, then the new one gets hours, regardless of if I'm doing an okay, bad, or better job. I've been there longer, so shouldn't I be given some consideration? I get very discouraged by what I perceive to be rampant favoritism.
