      Pros

      Sterling is the best company that I have ever had the pleasure of working for. They take care of employees that have drive and initiatives, and really want to make a life with the company. They are financially sound, so we never have to worry about the future. I am grateful for being given the opportunity to work for this company, this has been the best 6 years of my working life and I look forward to at least 20 more!

      Cons

      Its retail so its going to have the same few downsides as any retail organization but, the positives outweigh the cons...

      Pros

      Love it. I have many opportunities to grow within the company. I love every employee I have encountered so far. I think most of the goals are difficult, but acheivable with effort. The payback when you make set goals and standards is worth the hard work.

      Cons

      The only problems I have is that it takes a lot of almost begging to make the goals for credit apps when you work in a low volume store. Management is more about delegating responsibility rather than leading by example.

      The discounts on the Jewelry was ok, I liked the team I had.

      Cons

      Worked way too much, I think that is there hidden agenda is to burn out the managers and just replace them every 2-3 years. Christmas season is unreal, 90hr weeks, I’m not kidding. You only get one day off in December and that is Christmas. You will work from 6:30 am to 11pm some days.
