Great Company to Work For!

Pros

Very good culture. The people are really what make it. Also company does a good job of treating their employees very well (benefits, pay, catered lunches). They also work in the Media and Entertainment industry, which was fun. Great training and support internally as well! Management wants you to be successful at your role.

Cons

Not to a ton of upward mobility. The product is in such a niche industry that there is not a ton of room to grow. Most employees have been there so long because it has a great culture that not a ton of places to grow for new employees after 1-2 years.

Interesting Work with Smart People

Pros

Modern, agile development shop with low ego environment. You'll work with really nice people who also happen to be really smart. While we do sustain some of the older products, all teams also work on the latest tech stacks and technologies so there is a good balance. We have some pretty cool customers and we're continually adding more. We deliver lots of software with a great CI/CD environment, and we work end-end, from initial design to deployment into production.

Cons

Like all mature software companies, we do have some legacy software projects that we need to dig into from time-to-time for new feature development or maintainability reasons.
