It is a very political environment. Culture is very secretive, clicky and political. Top management likes to talk poorly about people behind their backs at the Partner and C Suite levels. Management is concerned about looking good and making money at employees expense. Management does not like to get their hands dirty. Not the positive, happy culture as it seems - they are very concerned about their image and how happy their employees appear to be. Not a place to be at for the long term.
