      Pros

      They are professional, organized and progressive. They are friendly, down-to-earth, and helpful. They care about their people.

      Cons

      As with any acquisition/merger, sometimes things can get confusing and frustrating; but even in all the chaos of a merger, the people at Sikich are as welcoming, helpful, patient, and proactive as they can possibly be. Having experienced a merger (many years ago) that was a disaster, this one’s going extremely well! I’m very impressed!!
