      You would be expected to work independent most of the times. Compensation can be better.

We firmly believe that rewarding and recognizing excellent work is in the best interest of the company and all team members.       Not a Great Time

      Pros

      Gain experience with a lot of different features in the technology. You will learn a lot because you work a lot.

      Cons

      Billable hours are all that are cared about. In my department there was absolutely no work/life balance. The pay is ok but not the best in the industry by far. Unlimited PTO is a joke. I took 7 days in one year when they boast that employees are required to take a minimum of 4 weeks. I was also made to feel like taking time off was a sin. Really hard to get clear expectations out of managers. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN. PS - I have no idea how this place has won an award for being "Best Place to Work" - it must be paid for.
