Pros

The people are very nice and helpful. They genuinely want to help you grow in your skills.

Cons

Long hours - many people work upwards of 65 hours a week during the busy seasons. Some even work those kinds of hours during the off season. They also do not provide bonuses for anyone under manager positions, which is not very common in this profession.

Thank you for taking the time to comment. We often hear positive feedback about our company culture and we’re glad you agree. The feedback we receive from team members and the honest insights you provided are of the utmost importance to us. We encourage a direct dialogue with your manager about your concerns and our HR business partners are another great resource for working through issues and finding resolution. Thank you, again, for sharing this with us.

Thank you for taking the time to comment. We love hearing when our team members are enjoying the Sikich experience! In addition to office locations throughout the U.S., Sikich follows a “work where you work best” policy, inherent in which is trust in the team members who work for us. We’ve eliminated the distractions of the “remote v in-office” debate so we can focus on supporting our people and serving our clients. Additionally, we believe that rewarding and recognizing excellent work is in the best interest of the company and all team members. Sikich conducts regular compensation benchmarking that shows our pay ranges are at least at or, in many cases, above the 50th percentile. To arrive at our comparisons, we utilize only best practice, industry-standard salary surveys that appropriately account for our business lines and geographies and are accumulated from our actual peer set. Thank you, again, for taking the time to comment.

Thank you for taking the time to comment. We often hear positive feedback regarding our benefits, including our Flexible Time Off (FTO) policy and our overall culture. We’re glad you agree. Our people are, by far, our most important asset. During the hiring process, managers and team leaders, with the support of our recruitment team, provide thoughtful and detailed role descriptions including expectations for workload. As with most jobs, some degree of stress is to be expected and not every role is the right fit, but we work hard to ensure that each team member has the flexibility and tools to flourish. Thank you, again, for your input and we wish you the best in your future endeavors.
