      Great company culture but mostly focused on selling

      Pros

      -Great Company Culture -Top-notch expertise -Family-focused -Committed to Remote work and reimbursing employees for their expenses to support that work

      Cons

      -While client billing drives revenue, there isn't a focus on managers working on the company improving processes and training (Feels like drive-by management) -Employees bonus measure on areas they don't control -Request to improve the company doesn't have a well-defined strategy -Travel and travel billing needs changed. Per diem isn't enough, and employees should be able to charge at least half of their travel.

      Good Company - Upper Management Poor

      Pros

      Great flexible time off. Some valuable work perks. Compensation is competitive, albeit a little low for “market”. Work/life balance is encouraged, unless it’s a peak time of year.

      Upper Management, who are not in the weeds, need to stop making decision they know nothing about!

      Pros

      the best part of my job is going home.

      Cons

      100 hour weeks during busy season at most levels, unless you are one of the partners’ buddies. Constant turnover. Ever-changing processes that are created by people who don’t actually do the work. Bonuses are really bad, if you even get one.
