Nice people. Friendly work environment. Depending on department, have growth opportunities . Senior leadership friendly and approachable.

Cons

Flexible time off policy is aged biased and at the discretion of managers. Communication from partner level down needs major improvements.

Starting base pay is a bit low for similar positions, but you have the chance to make up for that quickly with commissions
