Clear communication from immediate Managers and the Senior Leadership. Provides the best support so each employee can be as successful as possible. The absolute best culture that I've ever worked in. Provides the flexibility to have a good work/life balance I don't get bogged down in simple distractions so I can actually concentrate on doing the job I've been hired to do.

Cons

I really don't have anything negative to say about the company. I've only been there less than 2 months and I don't see the shine wearing off
